So ... yeah, I've been keeping a journal again. Off and on. Mostly off.

But here's an ancient entry from nearly five years ago!

BTW, I write these by hand at night after I've read a few hundred books and maybe part of a screenplay.

If there's one thing dystonia requires, it's adequate rest.

It’s the end of a decade—a new year and all that. Hurray.

I just got back from nearly a week in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. What a great time we had, despite the lack of relief I got from my latest round of Botox injections for dystonia.

But I managed to hike like you wouldn’t believe. And that was awesome.

More to come.

I keep wanting to write details of our trip, while they’re semi-fresh in my mind. I’ll get to it. [And I did, eventually. On another blog. :) ]
